We ensure production, assembly, delivery and refurbishment of a complete engineering product, including surface finish, mainly in the area of Oil&Gas industry, according to the requirements of our business partners.

We are a family company founded on October 20, 1993, focusing on engineering products. Mr. Petr Melichar became sole owner in 1996. He has created a company with a stable background and respect for the values such as trust, quality, responsibility and stability for its business partners. His daughter Lenka Sîrghi became owner of the company in 2021 and is continuing the legacy of set up values to make a solid foundation for long-term partnerships.

The goal of our activities is always 100% high-quality supply of according to all customer’s requirements. We deliver products according to the customer´s drawing specification.
We implement all processes in accordance with valid legal, safety, health, hygienic and ecological conditions, which are determined by valid legislation of the Czech Republic and the EU, technical standards and other relevant requirements of interested parties.
Each of our employees knows the importance of quality for the company’s prosperity, knows their responsibility and position in the quality management system. Quality and responsible work of each employee is a guarantee of the company’s success. Employees are and remain the main bearers of the company’s performance thanks to comprehensive training, continuous education and management support.
We ensure stable product quality, regularly evaluate external suppliers and work closely with them so that their outputs meet ours and our customers’ expectations.

As a supplier, we have full responsibility for all processes that lead to the final product. In case of any difficulties during process, we are able to switch suppliers and resolve the issue.
We guarantee quality control and other processes – measuring, marking, packaging, transport. At the same time, we keep a detailed record of products and associated certificates.
